Glow Haus operates in a variety of weather conditions, including cold temperatures and light rain or snow.
Normal seasonal weather is not considered grounds for cancellation.
If Glow Haus determines that weather or site conditions make delivery, setup, operation, or pickup unsafe, the rental may be postponed or rescheduled.
Examples may include severe storms, dangerous road conditions, flooding, high winds, significant icing, or other hazardous conditions.
When Glow Haus cancels a rental because it cannot safely provide the service, the customer may reschedule to another available date or receive a refund.
The Glow Haus sauna is wood-fired.
Use of the sauna is subject to applicable local fire restrictions, burn bans, and other governmental requirements.
If a fire restriction prevents safe or lawful operation of the sauna, Glow Haus may postpone or reschedule the rental.
Customers may not operate the wood-burning stove in violation of any applicable fire restriction.
Standard delivery is included within 20 miles of the Glow Haus home base.
Additional delivery fees apply to locations outside the included delivery area based on the distance from our home base.
The exact delivery charge will be provided during the booking process.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that Glow Haus can safely access the requested setup location with a tow vehicle and trailer.

Glow Haus has final discretion regarding whether a requested setup location can be safely accessed and used.
If the requested location is unsuitable, we will attempt to identify another safe location on the property.
The sauna must remain in the location selected and approved by Glow Haus during delivery.
Customers may not move, tow, reposition, jack up, modify, disconnect, or otherwise relocate the sauna after setup.
The setup area must be reasonably level, stable, accessible, and suitable for safe operation.
Glow Haus reserves the right to refuse setup in any location we determine could damage the sauna, towing vehicle, customer's property, or surrounding area.
A $1,500 security deposit or approved payment authorization may be required for rentals.
Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear occurring during the rental period.
This may include damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized movement of the sauna, improper stove operation, prohibited activities, or failure to follow Glow Haus operating instructions.
The renter must notify Glow Haus promptly if damage or an operational problem occurs.
The security deposit does not limit the renter's responsibility for damage exceeding the amount of the deposit when permitted under the rental agreement and applicable law.
Customers must follow all operating and safety instructions provided by Glow Haus.
Customers may not:
Only the approved fuel and fire-starting methods described in the Glow Haus operating instructions may be used.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the sauna, stove, firewood, cold plunge, and associated equipment.
The renter assumes responsibility for ensuring that all guests follow the provided safety instructions.
For safety reasons, customers and guests should not use the sauna while impaired or when doing so would compromise their ability to use the sauna safely.
Glass containers should not be brought into the sauna.
Sauna and cold exposure affect individuals differently.
Customers and guests are responsible for determining whether sauna or cold-plunge use is appropriate for them.
Individuals who have health concerns, are pregnant, take medications that may affect heat tolerance, or are uncertain about their ability to safely use a sauna or cold plunge should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
Users should exit the sauna or cold plunge immediately if they feel dizzy, faint, nauseated, confused, excessively uncomfortable, or otherwise unwell.
Glow Haus does not provide medical advice or medical treatment.
When a cold plunge is included with the rental, customers are responsible for following all provided cold-plunge instructions.
Children must not use or access the cold plunge without appropriate adult supervision.
Customers may not add chemicals, oils, bath products, foreign substances, or other materials to the plunge unless specifically approved by Glow Haus.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the sauna.
Food, glass containers, candles, unauthorized heating devices, and other potentially hazardous items should not be brought inside the sauna.
Pets are not permitted inside the sauna.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the rental.
Glow Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, heat-damaged, or water-damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should keep phones, electronics, jewelry, and other heat-sensitive items outside of the sauna.
Customers are expected to return the sauna and cold plunge, when applicable, in reasonably clean condition.
Excessive cleaning, trash removal, stains, prohibited substances, or other conditions requiring extraordinary cleaning may result in an additional cleaning charge as permitted by the rental agreement.
Customers must provide Glow Haus reasonable access to retrieve the sauna at the end of the rental period.
The area surrounding the sauna must remain accessible for our tow vehicle.
Unauthorized extension of the rental period may result in additional rental charges.
If you would like to extend your rental, contact Glow Haus before the scheduled pickup. Extensions are subject to availability.
Glow Haus will exercise reasonable care during delivery, setup, and pickup.
Customers are responsible for identifying underground irrigation systems, septic components, soft ground, low branches, overhead wires, restricted areas, or other property conditions that may affect delivery.
Glow Haus may decline to drive or position equipment in an area that we believe presents an unreasonable risk of property damage or equipment damage.
Glow Haus reserves the right to refuse delivery, discontinue use, or retrieve the sauna when we reasonably believe that conditions are unsafe, the equipment is being misused, rental terms are being violated, or continued operation could result in injury or property damage.
All required rental agreements and liability waivers must be completed before use of the sauna.
The individual making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that guests follow Glow Haus rules and safety instructions.
Additional waiver requirements may apply to events or other group rentals.
